Curd dessert is a simple and tasty dish.

For cooking you must:

Acid cream with a fat content of at least 20% – 250 g; Hot fat content of 10% – 250 g; Sugarcane – 5 tablespoons; Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon; Crushed cakes – 2-3 pcs. Apple – 1 pc. Bulbs – 2 pcs. Plums – 3-5 pcs.

Put the curd in a plate. Add sugar and powdered sugar. Beat the cream.

Wash and dry the fruit, remove all bones. Cut the fruit into small slices. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fruit.

Take a glass. Put some of the curd inside, add fruit. Then lay 5-6 layers.

Put plums on top. Lubricate top cookies if desired.
