Chicken wings with cheese sauce

Chicken wings with cheese sauce from Hochland.

Ingredients for “Chicken wings with cheese sauce”:


  • Cheese

    (“Hochland” “Soup and sauce” for hot dishes)

    100 g

  • Cream


    200 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Curry

    1 tsp.

  • Salt

    to taste


  • Chicken wings

    2 kg

  • Garlic

    5 a tooth.

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Salt

    2 tsp.

  • Black pepper

    to taste

Recipe “Chicken wings with cheese sauce”:


For the marinade, crush and peel garlic, put in blender, add salt. Pour the oil, whisk all together until smooth.

The wings are cut between the joints at the phalanges (the last third phalanx is better to save for broth). Fold the wings in a ziploc bag with a lock or in a container for marinating with a lid, pour in marinade, stir and close. Marinate 2 hours at room temperature or up to 48 hours in the refrigerator.

Shake the wings from the marinade (save it and pour into the pan). Fry on the grill over charcoal or in a preheated 220 °C oven, about 20 min.

While wings are roasting, prepare the sauce. Peel the onion and chop as fine as possible. Heat the marinade oil in a frying pan, put the onion, salt, fry on low heat for 10 min.

Sprinkle onion curry, stir, pour in the cream, bring to a boil. Add cheese, stir until dissolved.

Serve the wings are very hot with a warm sauce.
