Prepare the dough. Sift flour. Add the yeast, salt and sugar.
Add sunflower oil.
Gradually add water and knead the dough.
Knead the dough on the table.
We shift the dough in a bowl greased with oil. Cover with cling film and allow to come 40 minutes.
