Baked eggplant with chicken meat is a tasty, satisfying and expensive dish!
For cooking you must:
chicken fillet – 500 grams; Eggplant – 1 pc. 3-4 tomatoes; soy sauce – to taste; hard cheese – 200 grams; salt – half a teaspoon
Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut the meat into thin slices.
Mariner fillet with soy sauce. Leave the sliced meat in the refrigerator for one hour.
Rinse and dry the eggplant. Cut in circles, salt and leave for 10 minutes. Dry again with napkins.
Lubricate the baking bowl with oil. Put the eggplant on the mold in a single layer (use only half).
Cut or shake cheese, place on top of eggplant. Put the fillet on top of the cheese.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, place on top of the cheese. Put the eggplant back and then the cheese.
Let the oven bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
