H.S. Murray, Inverkeithing
A family fishmonger since around 1922, HS Murray takes delivery of fresh fish daily from Newhaven Fishmarket in Edinburgh. These are filleted in the shop, while prawns are from Pittenween in the East Neuk of Fife. Local boats supply scallops and langoustines to the restaurant.

Puddledub Pork is a small family business established in 1999 by Tom Mitchell and his sister Camilla . At Clentrie Farm, Auchtertool they have built a reputation as one of Scotland's finest Bacon and Pork Producers. They only use the best home reared pork from their Large white-Duroc Pigs.

Watsons have over 50 years of farming in and around Auchtertool and surrounding area and over 20 years in the butchery trade. As a result Watsons have gained many recognised certificates and awards including the Guild of Q Butchers and Guild of Master Craftsman.
