An Italian salad with shrimp and rice is quite simple to prepare and does not require much time and money on ingredients.
So for cooking we need the following products:
Scratchy rice – 200 grams;
Peeled shrimp, preferably king, – 250 grams;
Peas or corn – 200 grams;
Cucumbers – 2 pcs .;
Garlic – 1 clove;
Parsley – 2 tbsp. L .;
Olive oil – 5 tbsp. L .;
Bold cream – 4 tbsp. L .;
Salt, pepper to taste.
To begin with, rinse and cook rice, then add peeled cucumbers, cubes.
At this point we put the prawns to a boil, carefully and regularly mix them in water. After boiling, register for 30 seconds and turn it off and then drain the water.
Then we mix the chopped parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil into a container.
We rinse the rice with cold water, combine all the ingredients, don't forget to add peas or corn, and then season the salad.
