This Italian dessert has recently enjoyed unprecedented popularity. Multi-layered sweetness can be produced at home.
For three creamers with tiramisu you should:
shortbread – 200 g; low-fat cottage cheese – 200 g; cream cream – 100 g; sugar – 50 g; strong coffee – 1 teaspoon vanilla, cocoa.
Blender combines sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla. Cook a coffee drink (it is better to use boiled in a Turk or a coffee maker, but the usual soluble will do). Biscuits are broken into small pieces, each dipped in coffee.
Put fragrant biscuits in a bowl or a wide glass, cover it with a cream filling, repeat the layers several times. Sprinkle the dessert cocoa powder on top.
Leave the tiramisu in the refrigerator overnight so the layers are thoroughly soaked.
