Homemade french fries in the oven let you forget about fast food forever. Instead of butter, egg white is used in the bowl, making the potatoes more sweet and healthy.
5-7 potatoes; 2 egg whites; salt, pepper, grounded pepper – to taste.
Peel the potatoes, rinse them and squeeze them into characteristic French fries (thickness not exceeding 1 cm). Beat egg whites until thick foam, add salt and a set of spices to the mass, mix carefully.
Put the potatoes in a deep bowl, pour the resulting sauce. For each "bar" uniformly covered with egg mass, gently mix the potatoes.
The oven heats up to 200-220 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with foil or baking paper, arrange the french fries and bake for 10 minutes, then mix gently and continue to cook until soft and golden brown.
