For lovers of exquisite soups with an unusual taste, mashed green pea soup with shrimp even served in restaurants is perfect.
To prepare the dish you will need the following ingredients: 600 g of green peas, 9 shrimp (you can take any kind), 300 g of potatoes, half a white onion, 60 ml of white wine, 900 ml of water, to taste – salt and pepper, as well as some fresh mint for filing. The number of products is indicated based on 3 servings.
Finely chop onions, fry olive oil with peas. Pour water and wine in, stir. The content should be approx. 10 minutes.
Cook the shrimp separately: peel and fry in a pan. You can add some ground chili to them for piquancy.
Grind the soup in a blender, pass through a sieve. Spread the shrimp and decorate with mint.
