Pancake Cake with Chicken and Mushrooms

Thin pancakes with milk or kefir are perfect for this dish. In addition to salt and pepper, you can add your favorite spices, parsley and dill.


10 thin pancakes; 300 g of chicken fillet 200 g of mushrooms or woody mushrooms; 150 ml cream cream 1 onion; salt and pepper to taste.


Wash the chicken fillet, cook for 20 minutes, allow to cool and cut into cubes. Grind the onions, finely chop the mushrooms, add them to golden brown, add fillets to the pan, salt and pepper to taste, simmer for a few minutes.

Remove from heat, add finely chopped greens, mix. Take thin pancakes and make a cake in layers: two pancakes smeared with cream cream, topping and then sour cream again. Pancake cake left in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
