For cooking you must:
300 grams of mushroom, 200 grams of granulated cottage cheese, 300 grams of frozen spinach, 1 small garlic cake, 1 layer of soft bread, salt, vegetable oil.
A few hours before cooking begins to sprout spinach.
Wash the sponges, dry slightly and cut into plates. Put everything on a heated pan with butter and step for 5-7 minutes.
Then add the spinach and let them simmer until the liquid evaporates. Shortly before the end of quenching add crushed garlic.
Beat the Eggs Mix the cake cheese, eggs, fried mushrooms with spinach in a deep bowl.
Roll out the dough and place it in greased form. Make sure to make bumpers.
Place the dough in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove the dough from the oven and place the filling on it. Then send everything back to the oven, but already heated to 180 degrees and 30 minutes.
The resulting cake is served better chilled.
