Cream – 250 g
Butter – 110 g
Soda – 1/2 tsp
Flour – 2 cups
Lemon / Orange – 1.5 pcs.

Egg yolk – 1 pcs.
To start, mix the crème fraiche with soda. Add the melted butter there and mix thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass.
Gradually add flour. After pouring a small portion mix.
If the dough is no longer sticking to your hands, the rest of the flour is not needed to fill.
