Creative housewives will love the recipe because the ingredients are not strict. The amount of sugar and peanuts can be dosed to your own taste and you can also safely add cinnamon and candied cakes.


2 eggs; 200 g butter 2 tbsp. flour; 4 tbsp. l. sugar; 1 tsp. baking soda; 150-200 g of peanuts.


To start, increase the peanuts in a dry frying pan for 4-5 minutes, change the nuts from the ham and place them in a container. In another bowl whisk the eggs with the sugar with a blender until a characteristic dense white foam. Add flour, baking soda, a pinch of salt to the mass. Crack the dough to smooth.

Pack it in a bag and send it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, cover the baking sheet with parchment.

Make cakes from dough, roll in peanuts. Gently lay on a baking sheet, press down lightly. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
