Nutritionists shared a recipe for fat-burning salad, which is suitable at any time. It is low in calories and rich in nutrients, therefore it not only affects weight loss but also improves health.

For cooking we need the following ingredients:

Cabbage – 250 grams;
Cucumber and carrot – 1 pcs .;
Parsley and dill and lemon juice – 1 tbsp. L .;
Optionally choose between olive oil and Greek yogurt.

First you have to chop cabbage and then we add lemon juice to it.

Thoroughly soften the mixture so that there is no aftertaste of bitterness.

Then we rub the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the cucumber with straws and finely chop all the greens.

We mix all this with cabbage in a deep container, but add the greens last and season with olive oil or Greek yogurt.

Adding such a salad to each meal will help control the amount of food eaten and start the process of losing weight.
