1. Lenten sandwich with potatoes and zucchini
You will need: 2-3 potatoes, 1 zucchini, salt, pepper, bread.

Add chopped onions and carrots, continue to saute. Vegetables should be soft. Add salt, pepper. The roast mixture is ground in a blender.
The result is a wonderful, very satisfying sandwich spread. It is only to put it on pieces of bread that you can freeze on both sides.
3. Lean sandwich with beans
You will need: beans – 1 tablespoon, onions and carrots – 2 pcs. Each, bread.
You can use all beans (both red and white). To save time you can take canned beans.
If you take red beans, boil it and soak it in water for 12-24 hours.
After bleeding, it is washed under running water in a flask and then boiled for 1.5-2 hours. Controls the emergency, focuses on the softness of the beans.

4. Sandwich with zucchini and tomatoes
You will need: young courgette – 2 pcs. Tomatoes – 6 pcs. Mel – 1 tbsp. l., lean mayonnaise, garlic – 2 fats, bread.
Squash cut into circles, spread in a bowl, salt, pepper, leave for 15 minutes.
Cooking sauce: combine mayonnaise with chopped garlic.
Squash freely, pre-roll each circle in flour. Then put them on a paper towel to drain fat.
Tomatoes are also cut into circles.
We make sandwiches: place a squash circle on bread, butter it with sauce, put a tomato circle, cover it again with sauce, place another piece of zucchini on top and add mayonnaise. You can decorate with parsley leaves.
5. Eggplant and Cherry Tomato Sandwiches
You will need: 1 large eggplant, garlic – 2 slices, cherry tomatoes – 5 pieces, mayonnaise, bread.
Slice slices easily fried in a frying pan (you can also use a toaster), allow to cool for a while and rub garlic.
Cut eggplant and fry in vegetable oil.
Tomatoes are also cut into small rings.
Sliced bread with mayonnaise, add an eggplant pie, and put a few circles of tomato on top. Garnish with parsley.
