Experts told how to make a delicious pie with shortbread and fruit that won't hit the figure much.
For cooking you need:
Flour – 200 grams;
Butter – 100 grams;
Milk cream – 150 ml;
Sugar – 150 grams;
Salt – a pinch;
Cherry – 200 grams;
Cottage cheese – 200 grams;
Chicken eggs – 3 pcs .;
Vanillin – 1 bag.
First, beat with a whisk 1 egg and 1 tablespoon. In sugar, add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of cream.
Then add the butter and beat the resulting mass, then pour the flour. After kneading, the dough should become soft and elastic.
The resulting mass is placed in the mold and we make special pages – we send it to the refrigerator.
For the filling with a blender, beat the cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Prepare the cherry in advance.
After 30 minutes, take out the mold with the dough, place the whole filling there and place the cake in the oven for 45-55 minutes. Cook at 180 C.
It is noted that cherries can be replaced with any other fruit you like.
