Every housewife should know how to make delicious chicken kebabs.

In summer, kebabs are the most popular dish. You can cook them not only on the grill but also in the oven.

For cooking you must:

Chicken fillet – 800 grams; Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon; Acid cream – 4 tablespoons; Ground paprika – 1 tsp; Coriander and pepper – 1 tsp; Olive oil – 5 tablespoons. Salt and other spices – to taste.


Take a deep plate. Pour all spices and tomato paste, add a little olive and cream fraiche, mix. Marinade is ready.

Rinse the chicken, dry, cut into pieces. Send the chicken in a plate with marinade, mix, leave for 1 hour.

Take wooden sticks for kebab. Place in cold water for a few minutes. Then you can stretch the meat on skewers.

Cover the back plate with parchment paper. Put the kebabs. Send in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Served with sauce and vegetables.
