For cooking you must:
8 chicken thighs; 2 onions; 1 lemon 6 cloves garlic; 60 ml of olive oil; 125 ml dry white wine 375 ml chicken broth; oregano for taste.
Onions clean and cut in quarters. Garlic peel. Cut the lemon into slices. Put chicken, onion, lemon, garlic, oregano and olive oil in a bowl and mix gently. Fry chicken, onion and lemon in a well-heated pot for 3-4 minutes on each side. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a heat-resistant form pour wine, heat, add chicken, vegetables, broth and cook, but do not boil. Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes.
