This recipe is perfect for the summer: although it is very nutritious, the children will even eat it with pleasure.
We need: 1 banana, 3 apples, approx. 50 grams of celery, a glass of yogurt, 100 grams of mandarins, some raisins and grapes.
Bananas are cut into circles, apples and celery strips, mandarins are simply well cleaned of seeds and all excesses.
Then mix all the ingredients, add the grapes and raisins, pour all the yogurt. It is best to take a natural without taste and with a small percentage of fat – so the salad will be an incredibly useful dish.
After that you need to give the dish a little brew. You can use absolutely any fruit for decoration – your imagination is unlimited.
