This dish is not only very tasty but has good properties and is also very nutritious.
For cooking you will need: 200 grams of cabbage and beans, vegetable oil, 1 onion, a few spoons of tomato paste, herbs and salt – of your choice.
Beans will have to soak for a whole night in cool water, and then cook until fully cooked.
Then shake the cabbage and cut the onions nicely. Fry the onions until the color changes and add cabbage and rose for approx. 10 minutes and stir occasionally.
Add tomato paste, salt and a little sugar. So – prayers. Mix thoroughly, add greens. Then stow a little to finish. You can add more fresh herbs directly to the plates.
