A wonderful recipe for a light and tasty soup with a popular selection of mushrooms – chanterelles.

We need: canteens (as much as you like), potatoes, 1 roe, carrot, onion, dill, leaf leaf, black peppercorns, vegetable oil, green onions, a small mustard.

Thoroughly wash the sponges, soak them for 40 minutes. Cut onions as desired, potatoes and robes with cubes, carrots with a semicircle. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, boil. Add the canteen or boil for approx. half an hour. Fry vegetables together for approx. 5 minutes, and add them to the soup, where we make about 10 minutes.

Add pepper, mustard, leaf, mix everything and let it boil for approx. 3 minutes.

Serve with cream and green.
