The language cooked according to this recipe is tender and juicy.
– Pork or beef tongue – 500 g.
Onions – 2 pcs.
– Fresh mushrooms – 300 g.
– Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp.
– Cream 15% – 200 ml.
-Salt, freshly ground pepper – to taste.
First, boil your tongue in salted water. To make them more tasty, add spices and bay leaves in the water. Once the finished languages have cooled, clean them.
Cut them into small pieces (about 6 mm thick).
Wash, dry, and cut mushrooms (quarters). Onions – straw.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the onions in them until translucent, then add the mushroom and fry them all for 3-4 minutes.
Prepare a refractory mold:
1 layer – heavy (salt, pepper)
2 layers – mushrooms and onions
3 layers – cream
Cover everything with foil and place in a preheated oven to 180 ° C. Bake for 15 minutes under the foil, then remove the foil and let it lightly brown for another 5 minutes.
