This recipe goes back to the classic Georgian shashlik in its best traditions.
We need: 250 grams of ribs, 200 grams of onions, 180 grams of vegetable oil, 6 grams of salt, 3 grams of black pepper, 2 grams of thyme and peppers. Generally, there is no need to save oil for the marinade: it allows you to make the meat softer, gives a beautiful color and allows the spices to equip the meat with a spicy aroma.
The sequence of cooking: onions cut into half rings, mixed with oil, salt and spices, cut the ribs into pieces. Then mix the ingredients and marinate for at least 12 hours. After the expiration of the term put on a prepared grill and step for 10 minutes.
Ideal serving – with pomegranate seeds and pickled onions.
Also, remember that the best side dish in the true Georgian style will be an abundance of fresh vegetables.
