To prepare the dish you need the following ingredients:
600 grams of minced meat (pork + beef); 250 grams of bread 1/2 cup of milk 1 egg; 1 onion; 150 grams of hard cheese bread crumbs, vegetable oil for roasting, salt, pepper to taste.
