Vegetable casserole with chicken and barley

Casserole will appeal to fans of cauliflower. It is delicious, both hot and cold.

The recipe for “Vegetable casserole with chicken and barley”:

Cut chicken fillet into small pieces,
carrots – several parts and put
to the shredder. Cut zucchini, pepper,
onions, garlic, and all shredded. Chopped
the mass shifted in a deep bowl.

Pearl barley I had prepared in advance.
Washed her, brought to boil, boiled
10 minutes and turn off the stove. Pan

to cool.
The mixture is stirred and poured into her barley

Added beaten eggs, olive oil,
salt, pepper, herbs and mix well.
