The usual breakfast can be transformed into a work of art. Rye eggs cooked according to this recipe look fabulous.
3 eggs; ¼ tsp salt; 50 g butter.
Initially, gently separate the whites from egg yolks. In the protein mass, a pinch of salt is added and beat with a mixer in a thick dense foam. Cover the back plate with baking paper and butter it with butter.
Carefully be done with whipped cream on the parchment, as during cooking, and in each "cloud" we will make a small indentation.
Insert the egg yolk in the middle. The bowl is cooked in a slightly heated oven for no more than 15 minutes.
