The chicken liver pate

Ingredients for “chicken liver Pate”:

  • Chicken liver


    400 g

  • Carrots

    (medium)

    1 piece

  • Onion

    (medium)

    1 piece

  • Butter

    (30 gr. for sautéing vegetables)

    150 g

  • Salt

    (Adygei)

    to taste

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Recipe “chicken liver Pate”:

Liver wash, cut off all the unnecessary (fat, film, etc.), add salt and leave to soak.
While the liver is, carrots grate on a grater and oil to fry (about 5 minutes).
Chop the onion, add the carrots and 5 minutes.
To the vegetables add liver and simmer until tender (about 10-15 minutes).
Then it all even hotter is triturated in a blender and add the remaining butter, the pate is ready. Bon appetit!
