Salad “Garnet placer”

The salad “Garnet placer” three pluses: it is delicious, simple to prepare, but still beautiful. The tart sweetness of pomegranate adds originality to the usual combination of ingredients-meat salad with vegetables. Salad stacked layers, and all offered products are perfectly combined with each other.

Ingredients for the “Salad “Garnet placer””:

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Onion

  • Beets

  • Carrots

  • Mayonnaise

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tbsp

  • Potatoes

The recipe for “Salad “Garnet placer””:

Prepare the ingredients for the salad: cut the meat into strips, beets and carrots chopped, onion chopped, the listed ingredients are fried separately in vegetable oil until tender. Boil potatoes and finely chop. Pomegranate clear. Mayonnaise put into a plastic bag, cut off one corner for ease of application on layers of lettuce.

Assemble the salad: in a salad bowl put first a layer of potatoes, season with salt and apply mayonnaise.

The second layer – onions, mayonnaise not to add.

The next layer is the meat. Salt, pepper, mayonnaise not to add.

Meat put the beets and carrots, season with salt and apply mayonnaise.

To complete the salad – arrange the pomegranate seeds. Bon appetit!
