Puffs yogurt

Very tasty puff. Easy, simple and not very costly.

Ingredients for “Puff yogurt”:

The dough

  • Flour



    480 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

The recipe “Puff yogurt”:

Prepare the dough. Sift flour. To the flour butter three on a grater.

Grind the flour with the oil.

Add the baking powder and mix well.

Add the kefir.

Knead smooth, uniform dough. Long knead not necessary.

We shift the dough in the package. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Prepare the crumbs. To the flour butter three on a grater.

Add the sugar.

Grind into crumbs. Put into the fridge.

Take the dough out of the fridge.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 25 cm.

Crumb divide into 5 parts. Sprinkle top with crumbs.

Put the rolled out dough and then one by one.

Cut into 12 equal parts. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes until it will turn brown.

Sprinkle puffs with powdered sugar.
