Puff tubules with meat filling

This recipe allows you to turn soft drinks from dessert into an unusual snack. Rolls filled with meat replace completely traditional sandwiches and pieces on the holiday table.

For cooking you must:

clear puff cake – 200-250 g; minced meat (chicken or other) – 200 g; hard cheese – 50 g; eggs – 1 pcs. Onion – 1 pc. dried tomatoes (can be replaced with mushrooms or carrots fried with onions) – 2-3 pieces. salt, pepper – to taste.

Ingredients for bechamel sauce:

butter – 30 g; milk – 200 ml; flour – 20 g


Dry puff cake, cut it with a sharp knife into narrow strips. Screw the strips onto the metal cones to form the tubes. Brush them with eggs, place them on a baking sheet, bake 180 degrees until the dough becomes golden.

During this time prepare the sauce. Melt the butter, gradually spread to it and mix well. Pour the milk into the container and stir, bring the sauce to homogeneity.

Fry the minced meat, cut the tomatoes into cubes. Mix these ingredients with grated cheese. In the resulting mass, gently pour the bechamel sauce, making sure the filling is not liquid. Salt, pepper to taste.

Finish the finished tubes and bake at 180 degrees for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
