Potato meatballs with beef and cheese

The recipe of “Potato meatballs with beef and cheese”:

Peel the potatoes and grate. A lot of lay in a towel and squeeze the liquid.

Add the beef, top with cheese (I Gouda).
Connect the ends of the film, tightly pressed mass,
shape into a ball, place on a plate.

Of the workpiece to cool in the fridge for 20min.

Frikadelli bake in a preheated oven 200C for 35-40min. (watch your oven) until the potatoes are done.
Serve with tomato sauce (of course Amateur).

To prepare the sauce, in a saucepan pour boiled tomatoes, add salt, sugar, pepper, spices. Bring to a boil. If the sauce is very thick, can be diluted with boiled water.
