Pie “Spiced pumpkin”

I love pumpkin pie! And not get tired of collecting recipes for their preparation. I want to offer you to cook with me one of the most successful options. With nuts, chocolate, spice and creamy frosting.

Ingredients for “Cake “Spiced pumpkin””:

The recipe for “Pie “Spiced pumpkin””:

It is best to take pumpkin varieties “Butternut” with nutty flavor and buttery flesh. But you can another.

Pumpkin peel and grate on a fine grater.

Beat eggs with sugar until whitening weight. Then gradually add the vegetable oil, still whisking.

Add to the dough pumpkin, nuts, chocolate and spices. Mix well.

Meanwhile, mix with a mixer all the ingredients for the frosting – cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.

This has turned into a pie. Give him not a lot to cool, removed from the mold.

After complete cooling of the cake, cover it with icing at room temperature.

A cake is not wet, but not dry. Rich in flavor and quite hearty. To store better in the fridge.
