Mousse from idlers

Sometimes you want to do something tasty, but do not want to bother at all. If it happens to You, then this recipe will always come to the rescue. Quick and easy, except for the time of cooling and solidification. And not rush just to throw a Shoe at me, because homemade yogurt in the yeast from the “Oursson” everything will be fine.

Ingredients for “Mousse from idlers”:


  • Milk

    1 l

  • Sourdough

    (TM “Oursson”)

    1 package.


  • Yogurt

    400 ml

  • Jelly

    (powder 45 gr.)

    2 Pach.

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    3 tbsp.

Cooking time: 15 minutes

The recipe of “Mousse from idlers”:

For this mousse, we need high-quality and tasty yogurt. And this will help us ferment TM “Oursson”. To do this, in warm milk add the yeast and mix well. In yogurt maker-thermos pour boiling water to the mark and set the glass with the milk mixture. Close and leave for 8 hours, then refrigerate for 3 hours.

Boil water and remove from heat. Add jello and sugar, stir until dissolved. Jelly bags is different, so water for this recipe, you need to take half the rules specified in the instructions.

Allow to cool and whisk the jelly mixture until foamy.

While continuing to whisk, pour in cold yogurt and beat until fluffy mass.

Pour into molds and refrigerate until firm. Garnish and serve
