Recipe “Lemon cake with cheese frosting”:

Preheat the oven to 170 °C. For the base blend in a blender with the cold butter, sugar and flour and salt into crumbs. Cover a large rectangular baking dish or deep baking tray with baking paper. Put on paper the pastry base and spread evenly. Bake in oven for 20 min.
