A bowl based on a combination of buckwheat and mushrooms is a good alternative to meatballs. It is nourishing and boiling for an hour.
1 cup buckwheat groats; 700 g mushroom 3 onions; 5 tbsp. l. tomato sauce; bread crumbs, salt, pepper, herbs – to taste.
Boil buckwheat, chop mushrooms, onions and herbs. Heat the pan, fry the onions for a few minutes, add the mushrooms to it and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Put mushrooms and onions in a blender, add boiled buckwheat porridge to the dish, mix thoroughly.
Molded balls from the resulting mass, roll them in breadcrumbs or a small amount of flour. Step over medium heat.
To make the sauce, dilute the tomato sauce with a small amount of water, salt and pepper to taste.
Gently put the finished meatballs in a deep pan, pour the sauce and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
