Italian bread with cheese

Try to cook this delicious, airy bread. I’m sure you’ll love it. This cheese bread is also perfect for the morning coffee.

Ingredients for “Italian cheese bread”:

  • Flour



    400 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast


    8 g

  • Sugar

    1 tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp.

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sesame

    (for sprinkling)

    to taste

  • Olive oil

The recipe of “Italian cheese bread”:

Sift flour.

Add the yeast, sugar and salt. Mix well.

Add the kefir.

Add the egg.

Knead the dough.

Knead well. The dough place in a bowl greased with vegetable oil and cover with film. Let go 1-1. 5 hrs
