No one is immune from kitchen failures, but there are simple ways to avoid them.

1. For breading, do not forget to add flour: first, dip the product into flour, then into eggs and finally into breadcrumbs.

2. For each bowl fits your own type of pan: for meat – with a thick bottom, for pancakes – teflon.

3. Do not rise eggs on high heat, give preference to medium.

4. Before cooking, grill pan should be heated.

5. Fish during roasting should only be rotated once.

6. Butter and cream for the dishes must be served heated.

7. Chicken and vegetables should be cooked separately. Only at the end of cooking can they be burned together for a few minutes.
