Cottage cheese-Apple pie

Easy to make a cake, but very tasty and original. Fans of Apple and cheese fillings will appreciate this cake as well!

Ingredients for “Cheese and Apple pie”:

The dough

  • Flour



    260 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp.

Apple filling

  • Apple


    6 PCs

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp.


  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    to taste

The recipe for “Cheesecake-Apple pie”:

Prepare the cheesecake layer.
Whisk until smooth the cottage cheese, egg, vanilla and sugar. If the curd is watery and the stuffing is too liquid turned out, you can add 1-2 tbsp of starch.

Make the dough, but rather a sand baby.
In a bowl place flour, sugar and chopped cold butter.

Grind hands crumbs, add baking powder, stir.

Prepare the Apple filling.
Peel and grate on a coarse grater apples, add cinnamon, stir.

Now the most interesting. We will start forming the pie.
Form 20*30 lay a parchment. Spread 1/4 of the crumbs, a little we stamp.

Then spread half of the Apple filling.

Sprinkle 1/4 of the crumb.

Then the entire curd.

And again 1/4 of the crumbs.

Then spread the remaining Apple filling.

And the last layer is the remaining shortbread crumbs.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour. Ready cake cool in the form, then carefully transfer to a dish and help themselves.
