Classic Okroshka is a wonderful summer holiday.

We need: 1.5 liters of kvass, 200 g of cooked sausage, 3 potatoes, eggs and cucumber, 6 radishes, a bunch of dill and green onions, sour cream and salt. The spices in this bowl are not necessary as they will spoil their authentic taste.

Boil potatoes and eggs, clean and cooled. Wash vegetables, dry. Then, in a bowl, chop the potatoes, eggs and sausage. Then finely chop the rest of the vegetables and add to the bowl as well. Then finely chop the vegetables and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.

Salt well and add 5 tablespoons of cream.

Then pour the kvass and mix thoroughly. The bowl should be permeated from 40 to 60 minutes. We put it at this time in the fridge. Serve with horseradish.
