In a large saucepan with a thick bottom heat the olive oil. On strong fire fry until Golden brown chicken legs on both sides and to put them in a separate container. It took me 5 minutes on each side.
While fried chicken legs, chopped onion, carrot slices, mushrooms slices.
On the same oil for 5 minutes, sauté together onions, carrots and bacon. Then add the mushrooms and continue frying for another 5 minutes.
Add the wine, mix well. Then add the legs. Cover the pan with a lid and leave to languish on low heat for 10 minutes.
Then add chopped parsley, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir and saute 10 minutes.
