Chicken leg quarters in plums

Looks like I invented a new recipe!)
We all have long been accustomed to that chicken in the oven is tasty, and fast.
Putting things in order in the freezer, I found chicken legs, rearranged them in the fridge (let it will be unfrozen) and decided tomorrow bake in the oven.

Ingredients for “Chicken leg quarters in plums”:

  • The chicken legs

    6 PCs

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

    to taste

  • Black pepper

    to taste

  • Drain

    (Plum cut into halves, seeds removed.)

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    (For lubrication forms)

    1 tbsp

  • Garlic

    (sour cream sauce)

    3 tooth.

Cooking time: 60 minutes

Servings: 6

Recipe “Chicken legs in plums”:

Chicken legs salt and pepper to taste, smeared with sour cream with garlic and put in a baking dish. But I don’t really like that on the perimeter of the shape space is available. Decided to put in fresh plums. Pre-cut them in half and removed the pits.

Looked again is not like. Decided the entire surface to cover the plums. And the plums laid out the cream which remains after lubrication of the legs.

Put everything in the preheated oven. The time of roasting was not detected. As usual, 45-50 minutes depending on your oven.

When I started to feel the flavor of the finished dish, took out the pan from the oven and put on a plate a couple of legs with plums. I liked that this dish was prepared several times already.
