Cheese spaghetti Carbonara

Cheese spaghetti Carbonara from Hochland.

Ingredients for “Cheese spaghetti Carbonara”:

  • Cheese

    (Automobiles for hot dishes)

    200 g

  • Spaghetti


    400 g

  • Bacon

    (+ 4 slices for filing)

    150 g

  • Yolk egg


    4 PCs

  • Cream

    (20%)

    100 ml

  • Garlic


    2 the tooth.

  • Olive oil


    to taste

  • Salt


    to taste

  • Black pepper

Recipe “Cheesy spaghetti Carbonara”:

Ingredients

Fry the bacon slices for filing until Golden brown on both sides and drain on paper towels. Set aside.

Put to cook spaghetti: boil 4 liters of water in a large pot, add salt, put the spaghetti, stirring, over high heat bring to a boil. Cook according to the instructions on the package.

At the same time heat the cream and mix with cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 tsp of olive oil and pepper. Separately, whip the egg yolks with a pinch of salt.

Slice the bacon in small squares. Chop the garlic. Fry the bacon in a small frying pan in olive oil 3 minutes, Add garlic, cook 1 min. Remove from heat.

Drain the water from spaghetti (it drain and not drain them in a colander) in the pan left quite a bit of broth. Add to the pan with spaghetti cheese-cream mixture and the bacon, a little warm over low heat, stirring all the time.

Then add in a saucepan the yolks and stir vigorously. Immediately arrange on preheated plates and serve.
