Cabbage for the winter

Cabbage for the winter one of the most popular pieces. A great opportunity to stock up on vitamins. Cabbage cooks very quickly and turns out crispy and delicious.

Ingredients for “Cabbage winter”:

    1.5 kg

  • Beets


    1 piece

  • Garlic


    6 tooth.

  • Salt


    3 tbsp.

  • Dill

    (dry)

    6 vetos.

  • Bay leaf


    6 PCs

  • Black pepper


    1 tsp.

  • Allspice


    5 PCs

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Number of servings: 30

The recipe for the “Cabbage winter”:

Cut the cabbage into pieces. On bottom of the 3-liter banks to put branches of dill, a layer of cabbage, beets, garlic, Bay leaves and peppercorns and keep all layers until the end. Fill with boiling water and leave at room temperature for 3 – 4 days.
Then put in the refrigerator. Cabbage is ready.
