The recipe for “Beet salad “Delicious””:
Beets boil or bake in the oven until cooked.
Onions to chop half rings or smaller (as you like) and soak in Apple cider vinegar ( can use regular 9%) for 30 minutes.
Boiled beets cut into cubes
Apples clear from the seeds and peel and cut into cubes. Add to the beets.
Canned red beans, rinse with boiled water and add to the salad.
Soaked in vinegar onion squeeze and add to the salad. To taste add salt and favorite herbs-dill, parsley or cilantro ( I have nothing))) watered the sunflower unrefined oil (you can use any according to your taste) everything! The salad is ready! Bon appetit!!!
